The Access Doors & Sealbox Enclosures For ALSTOM Power, Inc were an extreme challenge that I excepted based from my Mechanical and Enclosure Design experience as well my last three years of acquired knowledge designing High Temperature Refractory Lining Systems that are also required for these Doors and Mounting Sealbox Enclosures.

The many Innovative Designs From DEVCO Included Improvements To Hot Gas Seals and a Proprietary use of the Same Mold used to Create The Opening Also Casts The Door Plugs For An Exact Fit. As well many other Improvements To The Manufacturing and Erection Systems and even some more obvious changes like a proper Dual Pivot Hinge System that allows these doors to pull back and swing out and that can handle these 2000 Pound Doors.
