WATER PROOF WALL MOUNTED ELECTRONICS ENCLOSURE Proven Water Tight in Harsh Marine Environments Exceeds NEMA-6 and IP-683 Ratings for Electronic Enclosures

The approximate Overall Size of this Frame Style Enclosure is 5.75" Wide, Height is 3.87" and fits a 3"x 5" PCB, Thickness is 1.40" and is molded in Polycarbonate/Polyester Blend. The Lighting Sub-plate Front Panel was molded in a Clear Polycarbonate and the Rear Panel was a clear dip finished Aluminum Plate and uses standard size O'-Rings for sealing.

This Enclosure Was Originally Designed for a Disposable Product with a Glue Together Assembly. However after the first few small runs in production, the glue clean up and vapor concerns proved to be leading to expensive problems to eliminate. Plus even after being assured of none, there were becoming electronic service issues after all. DEVCO demonstrated the abilities to have Allowed For Contingencies that lead to Very Economical and slight tooling modifications, resulting in another Four Screw, Two O'Ring Serviceable Water Proof Framed Electronics Product Design.
